end 2023

Some images from recent inspirations and meditations. The note slipped out of my notebook after my tree root meditation and I am not quite sure what to do with it at the moment, but it begged to be shared. This is something I think of often — what is luxury — and something I often overlook in the depths of winter. There are many quiet luxuries hidden behind each corner…a candlelit evening, a body in glorious movement, a song giving goosebumps, tree root resonance…perhaps this says something about the days we inhabit. Perhaps not. In any way this might lead you, let it guide you in luxurious, quietly loud curiosity.

end November of 2023

A quick note to say there will be some changes to the services I offer. As 2023 comes to a soft close, I am reorganizing my personal practice from my professional services & interests. They have swum too closely for my liking, so I’m changing that. Thank you for your patience & continued support, my friends! Clarity soon…

Daily Decadence update: We will be tabling at Healing Elements’ Winter Market Dec. 9 & 10 from 12-6pm @ 2290 Como Ave St. Paul. Come give us a hello!

November of 2023

Centering the slow practice these days, particularly as we enter the cold & dark days. Winter brings a meditative & gently restrained ease in practice. As the snow quiets the world outside of my windows, each stitch can take another moment to pull through. So too my body.

Crafting warm tonics & hearty meals. Saving recipes for later. Candlelight. Do not turn on the big light!

We hug a little longer, hum a little stronger. This the rhythm of the season.

You can find me at some markets selling vintage & personal work. Details to come in time. Check instagram for updates first.

June of 2023

Currently, I am focused on teaching young children, creating fun-shaped linens, mending here-and-there, and running a curated vintage shop with my partner. Oh, and of course, pondering the ways of life.
